Daniel joined Cambridge GaN Devices after more than 25 years at STMicroelectronics, where he was working in their automotive marketing and applications team, focussing on EV powertrain business in the EMEA region. Daniel has worked on many strategic programs relating to wide bandgap technology, being closely aligned with several OEMs and vehicle manufacturers. Having recently joined Cambridge GaN devices, he is responsible for helping to shape the company strategy and product portfolio, to develop the business in higher power class applications such as Industrial and Automotive.
